Feeling comfortable in front of the camera
I have to admit I was nervous and excited about this session before it started. After chatting while getting my hair and makeup done. We, Shalista and I, moved into the room for the shoot. She had me show her my outfits and we decided which outfit to wear when. I got ready for the first outfit and then we chatted more. Shalista made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. I 100% recommend Shalista for any photo shoot especially a boudoir session.

From first-session nerves to enjoying the day
I did a boudoir shoot with Shalista as a birthday gift for my husband, and honestly, I was terrified! It was way out of my comfort zone. Seeing yourself with more kindness
When I look in a mirror, I don’t generally feel pretty. All I see is flaws. And when I think about myself, all I see are those flaws. But for the last few weeks, ever since I got my photos taken by Shalista, this is the person I think of, I see, when I think of myself. I’m beautiful and sexy.
